Magpies Gifts is a fun, family-owned boutique gift shop with three locations around the Houston area. The shops specialize in unique gifts for home and accessories for men, women and children.

As part of a rebranding process, they wanted to build up their social media presence. On a regular basis, they posted graphics on Facebook and Instagram that featured new items in store and current promotions. They would also create and post their own videos featuring special items.

 

Being active on social media helped them reach a younger demographic as well as gave them a broader reach across the Houston area. Their customers responded and they saw their engagement rate online soar. This translated into an increase in revenue in store.
