Marketing Campaign
Transfer Health created a new electronic registration system that would keep medical records secure and easily accessible to both patients and doctors. It offered the ability to include family members' health information as well, which would allow doctors to take a comprehensive look at a patient's genetic history and base future care on that data. Communication between the doctor and patient would also be through this system, offering both a quick and easy way to stay in touch and ask questions.

This new program needed to be introduced first to doctors, to encourage them to use the system in their practice. It then needed to be marketed to the patients in that practice so they would feel comfortable using it. Doctors needed to explain the system, the benefits of using it, and how the patient information would be kept safe.

To accomplish this, a series of postcards, rack cards and brochures were created to target these markets. The tagline of the company "Your Missing Link" was emphasized through the use of headlines which featured a fillable field instead of one of the words—that word being the missing link—with a blinking cursor, similar to a field on an electronic form.
